Kathmandu. Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Kulman Ghising has clarified that there is no discussion about joining any party. Minister Ghising has mentioned that he is affiliated to the Bright Nepal Party and that he is going to be made the party's president, and has said that he has drawn serious attention to the news published in various social media and media.
