Kathmandu. There is a partial effect of western wind over the country. Also, there is a partial effect of the low pressure system developed in the southwest Bay of Bengal. Currently, the weather is partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and the rest of the hilly and mountainous areas are mostly clear, according to the Weather Forecast Division.
According to the department, there is fog in the Terai area of Koshi, Madhesh and Lumbini regions and there is fog in few places of the rest of the Terai area.
