Kathmandu. Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Kulman Ghising has said that the February 21 election should be taken forward as the starting point for the emergence of new powers. At the party office opening ceremony of the Bright Nepal Party on Thursday, he said that the February 21 election should not be just an election but a starting point for the emergence of new forces.

He said, "Now the atmosphere of elections in the country is increasing. The government that has been established since the Genji movement, the way things have been done, the main responsibility of the government is to hold elections. Elections will be held on February 21. Everyone should wish that the election should be not only an election but also a starting point for the emergence of new forces and should move forward in this direction.

Similarly, he said that the Zenji movement was a demand to establish good governance in the country, create jobs, and move forward for prosperity.
