Surkhet. The swearing in of three ministers in Karnali province has been stopped due to internal disputes of the Nepali Communist Party CPN. The swearing-in of the three ministers who will participate in the Karnali government was scheduled for 11 am on Monday. However, the swearing-in program itself was postponed at the last moment after the CPN could not reach an agreement on the matter of ministerial selection.

Chief Minister Mangal Bahadur Shahi requested time from the provincial chief's office to take the oath of the ministers. According to the chief minister's request, the office of the provincial chief fixed the time at 11 am on Monday. But Chief Minister Shahi could not recommend the names of the ministers even within the stipulated time.
