Kathmandu. The Supreme Court is hearing the writ petition related to the withdrawal of the asset laundering and organized crime case against Ravi Lamichhane, Chairman of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP, from Sunday. A joint bench of Supreme Court Justices Saranga Subedi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel has been appointed for this today.

Earlier, a joint bench of Supreme Court Justices Sapna Pradhan Malla and Srikanth Paudel had ordered that the petition be submitted for regular hearing. In the order, it has been said not to fix the payment in such a way that it cannot be seen and not to postpone it in between.

"The written reply of the opponents has been received or the deadline for the written reply has passed and considering the content raised in the writ petition, it should not be considered unless it is considered to be of a nature that should be decided immediately, so that the hearing will not be adjourned on the date 2082.
