According to Arjun Aryal, Senior Engineer of Kampa Public Works Department, the plan has been put forward to organize an open space for the general public.

Now this place is used as a place for youth and children to play games and for senior citizens to relax and sunbathe. Public programs are held from time to time. In this place, which is used by the general public, a plan has been made to improve the condition of dust flying and muddy water and to plant grass for ease of use.

According to Senior Engineer Aryal, the surface of the ground will be leveled and three inches of loose soil will be kept here. Grass will be planted on it. There will be eight sky water collection pits with a depth of six meters and a diameter of 1.2 meters.
