The signing of the unity between Ravi (Balen) today
Kathmandu. The signing of the unity agreement between the chairman of the National Independent Party RSVP Ravi Lamichhane and the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Balendra Shah will be held today. RSVP secretariat member Shishir Khanal informed that although the agreement was prepared by Friday evening, it was postponed to Saturday due to the busyness of the leaders and some technical reasons.
"The agreement between the two leaders will be signed on Saturday," Khanal said. Now the leaders of both sides are doing internal homework to complete the technical work of the final draft of the agreement. According to the agreement, Balen is ready to accept the RSVP policy, leadership organization, flag and election symbol bell. RSVP will start the elections by making Balen as its candidate for the Prime Minister. Ravi will remain the chairman of RSVP.
According to the leaders who are working for consensus, Balendra Shah Balen will be the prime ministerial candidate of RSVP. Both sides also say that Balen did not claim any organizational responsibility in RSWP. However, Balen is expressing interest in how to include the Genji representative.
There will be no change in the current official team of RSVP. Deputy Chairman Dr. Swarnim Wagle, secretariat member Shishir Khanal and central member Asim Sah and consultant Kumar Ben from Balenka are participating for the consensus homework from the side of the National People's Congress.
