The results of 164 constituencies have been announced directly, RSVP has won in 125 constituencies
Kathmandu. The election results of 164 out of 165 constituencies have been announced under the House of Representatives election held on February 21. In Dhanusha 1, there is still a dispute due to cancellation of candidature. During the counting of votes, the vote came in favor of Kishori Sah, whose candidature was rejected. After that, the Election Commission sent a letter to the Election Officer's office and asked them not to announce the results of the first election system in the region until the order from the court.
On the other hand, CPN has claimed that its candidate Matrika Yadav has won in Dhanusha (1) with 10 thousand 430 votes. The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order in the name of the Election Commission after hearing the petition of Kishori Sah, the candidate of RSVP from Dhanusha Region No. 1, whose candidature was rejected by the Election Commission.
The court, while conducting a preliminary hearing on the writ of impeachment filed by the petitioner Kishori Sah as an opposition to the Election Commission, has ordered to submit a written reply within seven days.
