Kathmandu. The price of gold and silver in the local market has been continuously increasing for the last few days. Even today, the prices of both the metals have increased. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association, the price of gold today is Rs. The price of both metals is at an all-time high.
Last Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 268,000 and silver at Rs 4,420 per tola. On Thursday, the price of both the metals fell slightly, and gold was traded at Rs 267,500 and silver at Rs 4,400 per tola.
Analysts have said that the price of gold and silver also increased with the increase in the value of the US dollar. According to the international media, one ounce of gold is being sold at 4,500 and the same amount of silver at 75 US dollars in the international market today.
