The newly formed CPN will ensure the participation of 20 percent of Genji

Kathmandu. The newly formed Nepali Communist Party has announced that it will adopt the scientific method for the development and transfer of leadership. It has been decided to determine the tenure and age limits of party officials. According to the manifesto presented at today's unity conference, 35 percent women, 20 percent Genji youth, 15 percent Dalit and 5 percent Muslim community representation will be ensured in all party committees.

According to the manifesto, the structure and operation of the party will be based on the principle of democratic centralism, with collective leadership and individual responsibility. It will prioritize scientific socialism as the party's strategic goal. Institutional participation of common people in state power and system of monitoring government work will also be ensured.

In the initial phase, priority will be given to a three-pillar economy with a mix of public sector, cooperative sector and private sector. Through this, industry will be developed by expanding the public sector. The cooperation of the public, cooperative and private sectors will be strengthened in the construction of a socialist economy, freed from the interference of financial monopoly and crony capitalism.

Industry and trade will be rapidly developed by making maximum use of indigenous raw materials and labor force. Apart from this, provision will be made to create sufficient employment and get 'jobs according to qualifications and wages according to the work' based on the utilization of labor force.
