Kathmandu. The decisions made by the Cabinet meeting held on November 17 at the Prime Minister and Cabinet Office have been made public. Government Spokesperson and Minister of Information, Technology and Communication Jagdish Kharel announced the decisions of the Cabinet on Tuesday. The meeting made important decisions on foreign employment tribunals, declaration of martyrdom, distribution of compensation, and acceptance of temporary posts.

The meeting appointed Ghanshyam Ojha, co-attorney of Nepal Justice Service, government lawyer group, as a member of the Foreign Employment Tribunal.
Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply Dr. Ramprasad Ghimire has been approved to participate in the third review program of Nepal's trade policy to be held in Geneva, Switzerland from November 1st to 3rd. Similarly, the meeting has approved the Rules for Operation of Investigation, Truth and Reconciliation Fund for Disappeared Persons, 2082.

Pramila Devi Shakya Bajracharya, Secretary of the Ministry of Water Supply, has been given permission to participate in the 'High Level Summit on Water Security and Resilience' program to be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 22nd to 26th November. The meeting decided to declare the 45 people who died during the demonstrations by the Gen-Z generation on 23rd and 24th of November as martyrs of the state.

According to the order of the Supreme Court, the meeting also decided to provide six lakh three thousand six hundred rupees as compensation to Padmaya Gurung.
Similarly, it has been decided to deposit five million three million rupees in the disaster management fund to support the disaster-affected local levels of Ilam district. The meeting allowed South Korean citizens to leave the country without delay fees and fines from the date of illegal entry to Nepal until the date of expulsion.
