Kathmandu. From today, the IPO of Hotel Forest Inn Limited has opened the IPO issuance and sale application for the general public. The company has issued 33 lakh 20 thousand shares to the general public.

The company has allocated 200,000 shares for the collective investment fund and 80,000 shares for the employees. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 2 lakh shares.

Investors can apply from ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board and their designated branch offices. In addition, investors can also apply from My Shares. The closing of this IPO issue will be on January 26th at the earliest and February 8th at the latest.

NIC Asia Capital Limited is the IPO issuing and sales manager of the company.
