Kathmandu. The writ petition filed in the Supreme Court against the government's decision to recall the ambassadors will be heard on the 14th of October.
The single bench of Judge Vinod Sharma demanded a written answer on Sunday and set a date for discussion with both sides on the issue of granting an interim order or not on the 14th of October.

Advocate Pratibha Upreti filed a writ petition demanding that the decision of the government to recall the ambassador was illegal as there was no scope for a parliamentary hearing to be held when the House of Representatives was dissolved on October 2.

It is stated in the court order, what happened in this, why the order as requested by the petitioner should not be issued, if the order should not be issued, please come with a written answer through the attorney general's office within 15 fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order excluding the deadline. The government had decided to recall 11 ambassadors on October 30th by October 20th.
