The government will not go beyond the spirit of the Zenji movement: Prime Minister Karki

Kathmandu. Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that the current government will not go beyond the spirit of the Genji movement. During the discussion with the injured of Genji movement in Baluwatar on Tuesday, Prime Minister Karki said that she will not go beyond the meaning of the Zenji movement and will work in a procedural manner so that it will not be brought down legally.

She also said that the elections will be conducted according to the mandate given by the Janeji movement and will be held at the time set by the government. Likewise, Prime Minister Karki informed that the established agencies of the state are investigating corruption at a fast pace, saying that there will be an investigation into corruption. During the discussion, the injured people of the Genji movement suggested that they should act harshly against the corrupt and oppressors and warned that if the corrupt were not dealt with, they would take to the streets and start another protest.
