The government is committed to publish the report of the Red Commission on the Tikapur incident: Minister Chaudhary
Kathmandu. Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Minister Gita Chaudhary has said that the government is committed to publicize the report of the Red Commission related to the Tikapur incident. Speaking at a program organized by the Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha, Minister Chaudhary said that the truth about the Tikapur incident should be made public and a solution should be found in a fair manner.
Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha has been organizing various programs every year on 7th of August as Tikapur Rebellion Day. This year too, an interaction program has been organized on the topic of 'Tikapur Rebellion, Movement's Demand Issue and Future Solution' and 'Common Question of the Tharu Community and the Need for Amendment of the Constitution of Nepal'.
