Kathmandu. As the election date approaches, the government has been active in creating an election environment. On Friday, Minister of Communication and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel met the top leaders of the three major parties and discussed the election issues. He met separately with Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba, UML President KP Sharma Oli and Nepali Communist Party Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and discussed the election. In that meeting, the three leaders said that they are ready for the elections, but the government should create an environment for the elections.
The government, which has made elections the only agenda, is working to take political parties into confidence. For that, Prime Minister Sushila Karki is going to discuss with Deuba, Oli and Prachanda, the top leaders of three major parties on Saturday.
Earlier, President Ramchandra Paudel had discussed with the top leaders of the three main parties including the Prime Minister and created an atmosphere of dialogue. In that discussion, it was agreed to hold the next dialogue in Baluwatar. According to the agreement, Prime Minister Karki is scheduled to hold talks with three top leaders of major parties on Saturday, according to his secretariat.
