Kathmandu. District Court Rupandehi has put a hold on the application to amendment the case of Ravi Lamichhane, president of the People's Democratic Party of India. The Rupandehi District Court has refused to withdraw the money laundering and organized crime case against him immediately.

Rupandehi District Court has held the decision not to return the organized crime and money laundering case against Ravi immediately. After hearing the petition of the government lawyer to withdraw the case, the court ordered to submit the petition only after the decision of the writ filed in the Supreme Court on the same issue.

The Attorney General's Office decided to withdraw the indictment related to organized crime and money laundering, including Lamichhane. Against this, Yuvraj Poudel successfully appealed to the Supreme Court on January 2.
