"The weather was good till Thursday, but suddenly on Friday, the dam was covered with cold, since then the winter has increased a lot", says 70-year-old Lakshmi Prasad Kushwaha of Gaushala-10 Batauwa settlement. He says that even though the heat is breaking after midday, the sun is not shining and the cold wind is blowing throughout the day.
