Kathmandu. Literary writer Ramlal Joshi has made it clear that he did not take any initiative to become the member-secretary of Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan and finally refused the position that was offered to him.
Publishing his detailed views through social media, he has also mentioned that he is aware of the discussions, speculations and promotions associated with his name in recent days. According to Joshi, his name was associated with Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan for the first time after the 2079 House of Representatives elections.
He has mentioned that at that time, he was offered to work together as a member-secretary, saying that there was a possibility that Dr. Jagman Gurung, a renowned cultural expert, would become the chancellor.
