Testing of Kohalpur-Surkhet 132 KV Power Transmission Line
Surkhet. The much awaited Kohalpur Surkhet 132 KV power transmission line has been tested. After the construction of the project was completed, the line was tested on Friday. With the completion of the construction of 132 KV transmission line, it is expected that the electricity problems faced by the people of Karnali will be solved.
With the testing of the Kohalpur-Surkhet 132 KV power transmission project, which was started seven years ago, the locals expect that the problem of low voltage and irregularity in the power supply of Karnali will be solved. Ravi Choudhary, the project head, said that the testing of the transmission line was started on Friday. According to him, there is no problem except in scattered places.
He said that regular power transmission will be done immediately after the test is successful. "On Friday, Kohalpur-Surkhet 132 transmission line was tested," he said, "although there is a problem of power leakage in some places, everything else is going well."
