The activities of Tribhuvan University have come to a standstill for a week after All-Revolutionaries locked the offices of the Vice-Chancellor, Rector and Registrar demanding a reduction in fees. The Vice-Chancellor has said that the lockdown is unacceptable, saying that the agreement is in the process of implementation.
