Tamakosi bus accident: 8 points agreed between the administration and the victim, the post-mortem process will proceed

Ramechhap. An agreement has been reached between the local administration and the victim's family at the District Administration Office Ramechhap to resolve the dispute that arose after the passenger bus accident that occurred on Tuesday in the Tamakosi River located in Manthali Municipality-6. With the agreement, the stalled autopsy process will proceed.

12 people died in that accident and 3 people are still missing. 8 injured people are being treated in different hospitals. Due to the lack of agreement between the victims and the administration regarding compensation, treatment, legal action and investigation, the autopsy of the deceased could not be done. After the agreement, the administration will begin the process of handing over the dead bodies in the hospital to the next of kin.

ecurity Committee, Nepal Arani Transport Service Pvt. Ltd., representatives of political parties, people's representatives and victim's family members participated in the meeting held at the district administration office.
