Supreme Court gives legitimacy to Gagan-led Congress

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has upheld the Election Commission's decision to grant official status to Gagan Thapa's group of Nepali Congress. The bench of Judges Sharanga Subedi and Nripadhwaj Niraula upheld the Election Commission's decision to authorize the special convention of the Nepali Congress.
