Solu Hydropower's IPO sale is open to the general public from today

Kathmandu. Solu Hydropower has opened the IPO sale for the general public from January 29th today. On October 24th, the company received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 20 million ordinary shares worth Rs 2 billion at Rs 100 per share.
In the first phase, after issuing ordinary shares to Nepalis who are employed abroad and project-affected locals, the company allocated 500,000 shares for the collective investment fund and 300,000 shares for the employees and issued the remaining 8.2 million shares for the general public.
In this IPO, common people can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1 lakh shares. Application can be made through banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service and their designated branch offices and CDSC's My Shares, which are licensed by the Securities Board.
The close of issuance of the IPO for the general public will be on January 4th at the earliest and January 14th at the latest. The company's IPO sales manager is Nabil Investment Banking.
