Siblings died of diarrhea, mother and brother are being treated
Kathmandu. In Bhaktapur, Chure rural municipality-3 of Kailali, two children have died due to diarrhea. Among the deceased are siblings 8-year-old Bhim Tamrakar and 5-year-old Deepak Tamrakar. According to Kailali police chief SP Narendra Chand, it is initially suspected that their death was due to dehydration after diarrhea. Both children were unconscious when brought to the hospital.
Their 3-year-old brother Dipesh and 28-year-old mother Radhika Tamrakar are undergoing treatment at Seti Provincial Hospital, Dhangadhi. The police informed that all three people are seriously ill. According to the police, three children including their mother were rescued and taken to the hospital. The two brothers were unconscious when they were taken to the hospital.
