Lumbini. The current seventh session of the Lumbini State Assembly has ended. On the recommendation of the Provincial Council of Ministers, the current session of the Provincial Assembly has been terminated in accordance with Clause 2 of Article 183 of the Constitution of Nepal.

In today's meeting, Speaker Tularam Ghartimagar read the letter received from the office of the provincial head regarding the end of the session. Provincial Chief Krishna Bahadur Gharti Magar has ended the session with effect from 12:00 tonight, Kamal Gyawali, the spokesperson of the provincial chief's office informed.

According to the decision of the cabinet of the provincial government, the session was terminated based on the request made by Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya, it was mentioned in the statement released today. 16 meetings were held in the winter session.
