Kathmandu. Seven points have been agreed upon between the Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP and the head of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Shah. Likewise, the name of the political party, election symbol and party office that will be established after the agreement will belong to the National Independent Party. In the organizational structure of the party, topics such as involving the youth have been included.
