Meeting between Foreign Minister Khanal and Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar in Mauritius
Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal and Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar had a bilateral meeting. Minister Khanal and his counterpart Jaishankar, who arrived in Mauritius during the Indian Ocean Conference, had a meeting in Port Louis on Friday. In the meeting with S. Jaishankar, the Foreign Minister expressed his commitment to further strengthen bilateral cooperation. In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that there was an overall review of the multi-faceted Nepal-India relationship and various matters of mutual interest were discussed. Minister Khanal had separate meetings with the foreign ministers of India, Bhutan and Bangladesh on Friday.
