Kathmandu. The NEPSE index increased by 9.24 points on Tuesday, the second trading day of the week. The stock market, which has been continuously falling, has seen an improvement today.
Today, the NEPSE index increased by 9.24 points to 2,522.66 points. Out of the traded companies, the share price of 181 companies increased while 84 companies decreased while the share price of 12 companies remained stable.
Similarly, the sensitive index increased by 1.72 points to 446.16 points. Out of 13 traded sub-indices, 12 sub-indices have increased and one sub-index has decreased. Although the index has increased, the turnover has been limited to less than 3 billion rupees. Today, 76 lakh 13 thousand 681 shares of 341 companies were bought and sold 48 thousand 341 times, and a transaction worth 2 billion 90 crore 69 lakh 43 thousand 633 rupees was made.
