Salt Trading Corporation to distribute 10 percent dividend
Kathmandu. Salt Trading Corporation is going to distribute 10 percent dividend. The company has announced that it will distribute the dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. In which the company is going to distribute 9.49 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 0.51 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on January 28 has decided to distribute the dividend at that rate. The dividend will be distributed after the next annual general meeting passes it.
