Kathmandu. Sachin Dhakal, the son of businessman Chandra Dhakal, has announced that he has withdrawn his name from the proportional list of RSVP. He said that he has withdrawn his name for personal reasons as he has become a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives from the National Independent Party RSWP.
After the RSVP placed him in the proportional list, there was an all-round protest. An unconfirmed allegation was also made that he was placed in proportionality because he belonged to a business family and provided financial support to the party. "I would like to inform you that I have decided to withdraw my name from the list due to personal reasons, respecting the meaning and recognition of the proportional election system provided by the Constitution of Nepal," Dhakal wrote on Facebook.
