Kathmandu. Rashtriya Prajatantra Party has objected to the workers of Rashtriya Swatantra Party standing over the statue of King Birendra at Birendrachowk in Tulsipur, Dang district. When the president of RSVP Rali Lamichhane Dang left, the workers of RSVP stood on the statue of Raja Birendra.
It has been stated that "the RP Lumbini province has drawn serious attention to the humiliating and indecent behavior". RPP State Secretary Rajendra Adhikari issued a statement today condemning the incident.
Such anarchic behavior that affects someone's faith is not acceptable. Therefore, we request the RPP to clarify its position and apologize immediately in relation to this activity.''
