Kathmandu. Prime Minister Sushila Karki has made it clear that no one should stop the exercise of the rights guaranteed by the constitution and the law. In a meeting with the Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha delegation, she said that all communities need proper representation in the state. During the meeting, the Prime Minister was invited to participate in the Tharu National Maghi Festival to be held in Tundikhel on January 1.
