Recruitment of one and a half lakh election police is opening: 10 days of training will be given for one month, for the first time armed forces are also being recruited

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Home Affairs has prepared criteria for the recruitment of election police. On Friday, sitting with the Nepal Police and the Armed Police, the officials of the Home Office prepared the criteria for election police recruitment and recruitment. On Saturday, both the police will submit separate proposals to the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the manpower to be recruited from their respective sides and once the Home Secretary approves it, the way will be open for the recruitment process. 

After being approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the two policemen will give instructions to the district police offices across the country to continue the recruitment process. An official of the home said that the Ministry of Home Affairs is ready to approve it by Sunday.  "Now almost everything is finished. We will prepare everything tomorrow and Friday and send it to the police. After that, they can proceed with the admission process according to their quota,” said a home official.
