Ravi says - Time will tell whether to ring the bell or stick
Kathmandu. The discussion between Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP Chairman Ravi Lamichhane and Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah has ended. They had a long discussion today at the house of Mayor Shah's aide Kumar Ben in Jwagal, Lalitpur.
Raswap Chairman Lamichhane, who came out after the discussion, gave a brief response to the media and asked him to look at his face and assess what happened in the meeting.
