Kathmandu. National Independent Party candidate Rajnath Pandey has registered his candidature from Kathmandu Constituency No. 3. On Tuesday morning, Basnet went to the office of the Election Officer along with the workers of Rashtriya Swatantra Party and registered his candidacy.
Pandey's proponents are National Independent Party Kathmandu Region No. 3 President Ujjwal Sapkota Bachan and his supporter Bishwaraj Rizal. Before Pandey, from 3 Progressive Democratic Party, Jaspa, Mangal National and 3 others have registered as independent candidates.
