Rajendra is in a position of not speaking even today because the minister did not come

Kathmandu. CPN-UML MP Rajendra Rai has taken a stand not to speak saying that ministers have not come to the House. He said that if the minister is not present during the discussion, including the mantra on the budget, in the meeting of the House of Representatives, he will not speak.

He questioned the Speaker as to why the meeting was adjourned for 15 minutes earlier. He accused the speaker and the ruling party of harassing the opposition.
