Prime Minister's oath on Chait 13th

Kathmandu. Balendra Shah Balen, a senior leader of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP, has prepared to take the oath of office of the Prime Minister on March 13. Even before the elections, the RSVP had announced senior leader Balendra Shah as the prime ministerial candidate. The top level meeting of RSVP held on Thursday evening decided the date for the swearing in of the Prime Minister. Party president Ravi Lamichhane, senior leader Shah, deputy president DP Aryal and Swarnim Wagle participated in the meeting.

Earlier on Thursday afternoon, the Federal Parliament Secretariat has decided to take the oath of the newly elected MPs at 2 PM on Chait 12th. The date was decided after discussions with the 6 parties represented in the House of Representatives. According to RSVP sources, preparations are being made to take the oath of the Prime Minister the day after the MPs take oath. In the House of Representatives elections held on February 21, the National Independent Party won 182 seats and won the majority.
