Prime Minister's inspection on Expressway

Kathmandu. Prime Minister Sushila Karki has emphasized that religious beliefs and cultural heritage should not be affected while proceeding with road infrastructure and other development projects. During the inspection of Kathmandu Terai Madhesh Expressway, the most important priority project of the country, in the program organized by the Road Construction Task Force in Khokna, Lalitpur today, he instructed to take the concerns of the locals seriously and find a solution.

Prime Minister Karki said, "We should pay serious attention to the concerns of the local people and find a solution. If necessary, we should be ready for changes in the drawing and the zero point. We should proceed with our development construction so as not to lose their trust." Prime Minister Karki also suggested that adequate space be arranged during the construction of physical structures.
