Kathmandu. Prime Minister Balendra Shah has started preparations for reshuffle from his own secretariat to the Council of Ministers with the aim of making the performance of the government effective. According to sources, an internal discussion took place between Prime Minister Balendra Shah and National Independent Party Chairman Ravi Lamichhane regarding changes in the Council of Ministers after the federal budget was passed.
According to the source, the prime minister has started the homework of building a new team keeping in mind the review of the government's 100-point action plan, the performance evaluation of the ministers and the political equation developed after the first convention of the National Independent Party.
According to the sources close to the Prime Minister, preparations are being made to focus on building the party organization for the members of the secretariat who have assumed central responsibilities from the convention of the National Independent Party.
