Preparation of investigation and impeachment of the controversial judge of the Supreme Court, in the internal discussions of the National People's Congress
Kathmandu. As the questionable dialogues and meetings between Supreme Court judges, middleman Iman Sapkota and high security officials became public, the National Independent Party RSVP has decided to take this issue to the constitutional and legal process through Parliament.
The RSVP secretariat meeting held in Kathmandu on Saturday came to the conclusion that the recent distortions, inconsistencies in the courts and serious disputes connected with the judges should not be limited to the judicial council or government level only.
Informing about the decisions of the meeting, RSVP spokesperson Jagdish Kharel said, "Regarding the distortions and inconsistencies seen in the justice sector and the names being associated with various judges, now it is not only through the court or the government, but the RSVP has decided to proceed with the way of reforming and restructuring the justice system through the parliament by giving instructions to the parliamentarians through its parliamentary party."
