Advocate Kirtinath Sharma Paudel filed a writ on Tuesday, making the President's Office and the Prime Minister's Office the opposition.
In the writ, he has demanded that all the work of the election process be suspended from the registration of nomination papers of the candidates to the office of the Election Officer from 10 am to 5 pm on January 6th.
According to Sharma, the filing of the writ of postponement of the election program has been fixed for next January 6.
