Kathmandu. At present, there is a partial effect of western wind in Nepal, according to the Weather Forecast Division. As a result of which, the rest of the Himalayan region including Koshi and Gandaki regions are partially cloudy. A few places in the Terai area have experienced cold.
It will be cloudy and foggy at some places in Terai today afternoon. The hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki will be mostly cloudy and the rest of the hilly and mountainous areas will be partly cloudy. The weather will be mostly clear in the rest of the country.
There is a possibility of snowfall with light rain at one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali regions.
Few places over Terai region will experience light rain tonight. According to the division, there will be partly cloudy weather in the Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
