Kathmandu. Students who are going to study abroad can now get the foreign study permit 'No Objection Certificate' NOC from home. The NOC branch at Sanothimi under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has completed the API between the NOC online portal and Tribhuvan University and Kathmandu University 9KU0 to make the NOC certificate faceless.
For this purpose, an agreement has been reached with Trivi on 4th of Baisakh, while an agreement has already been reached with KU. Along with this, students can apply for NOC online at home. Also, after the entire process is completed, it is arranged that you can use your certificate by printing it yourself.
