New system implemented in transport service, national identity card and mobile number in own name mandatory
Kathmandu. With the aim of making transportation services more modern, convenient and technology-friendly, the government has launched a new integrated digital system. Through this system, citizens can now apply online for various transport services using their National Identity Card, Citizen App and mobile number.
The Transport Management Department has said that it has integrated the citizen app, the national identity card system and the mobile service provider's system to simplify service delivery. Along with this, when filling the application, it is arranged that the personal details of the service recipient will be automatically filled from the citizen app, which is believed to make the application process faster and easier.
