Kathmandu. Today's trading has been closed with the third consecutive positive circuit in the Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE index. Today, the NEPSE index increased by 162.93 points to 2,875.43 points. This is an increase of six percent. On the first day after the election of members of the House of Representatives, investors were excited about the victory of the RSVP.

Trading was stopped for 20 minutes after the market opened today, with a four percent increase in the NEPSE index, i.e. the first positive circuit. Likewise, at 11:21 a.m., within a minute of the opening of business, a positive circuit occurred for the second time. Trading was halted for 40 minutes after a five percent increase in the index.

Similarly, NEPSE said that after a six percent increase in the NEPSE index at 12:01 p.m., i.e., the third positive circuit, the whole day's trading was suspended.  According to the current "circuit break" regulations, if the NEPSE index falls or rises by four percent in the first hour of trading, trading will be stopped for 20 minutes. Similarly, if there is a decrease or increase of 5 percent in the second hour, there is a provision for 40 minutes and if there is a decrease or increase of 6 percent during the third hour or thereafter, the entire day's trading will be suspended.
