'Nepal Special Service' Ordinance issued by the President
Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has issued the 'Nepal Special Service Second Amendment Ordinance, 2082'. Pradeep Kumar Koirala, spokesperson of the President's Office, informed that President Paudel issued the ordinance on Friday, November 5. According to Koirala, President Paudel issued the ordinance on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 144 of the Constitution of Nepal.
