Kathmandu. CPN-UML's eleventh convention opening ceremony venue has increased in activity. Activists have started filling the opening ceremony venue at Bhaktapur Sallaghari. A police team with specially trained dogs has been mobilized for the security of the venue. The police are walking dogs around the opening ceremony stage and venue.
Policemen with sniffer dogs and bomb detector equipment have been operating since morning. According to UML, the inauguration ceremony will start from 12 noon today. A special plan has been implemented in traffic management to manage public traffic. According to UML, arrangements have been made to bring the participants from the parking lot to the convention venue in an orderly manner with a grand procession from the service lane. Parking arrangements have been made for the vehicles coming from different districts in Viral Planning in Jagati and in the vacant square of Civil Aviation Authority in Gathaghar.
