Main News Image

Kathmandu. The Department of Water and Meteorology has made a special appeal to exercise necessary vigilance as there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in various parts of the country. At present, the influence of monsoon air is intense across the country and as the low pressure line of monsoon has moved around the Terai region of Nepal, it is expected to rain significantly in most parts of the country for the next three days.

According to meteorologist Sanjeev Adhikari, the monsoon line is a little higher than Sardar place in the west, close to the Terai region of Nepal and around Sardar place in the east, so the rain activity has increased.
