It is said that the land that was bought five years ago for 2.5 million to 20 million depending on the location is now not sold even for less than half of that price. 

The real estate prices were artificially increased by the land mafia. They used dozers after buying arable land for 5-10,000 rupees. And, after breaking it into pieces, sold it for millions and millions of Anakai. One plant has 16 annas of land. Arable land is already finished with the government, Guthi, Ilani, more restrictions? Forests, monasteries and other lands were also registered and taken away.

There are many people selling real estate in the market, but there are no buyers. This means that banks and financial institutions do not raise loans from auctioned properties.   Failure to raise debt means the bank is sinking, while the bank is sinking is the same as saving the savers.
